Prepayment of the minimum charge is required
for first-time customers, charges are due whether your issue is resolved or
not. Please remember that diagnosing over the phone can be difficult and
estimates are just that, estimates. Your final price may be more or less
than you estimate depending on the issue, time required, and parts (if
necessary). By submitting your min. payment, you agree to this
contract.
Telephone Support:
$30 min. charge for first hour or portion
thereof. Additional time is charged in 15 minute increments, or portion
thereof.
House Call Support:
$45 min. charge for first hour and 20 miles
or portion thereof. Additional time is charged in 15 minute increments, or
portion thereof.
Extra Support Time:
$8 charge for each quarter hour or portion
thereof after the minimum charge.
Extra Mileage Charge
$1 charge for each mile over 20.
